At Heart of Connection Academy, we are dedicated to helping youth and young adults develop social confidence, build meaningful connections, and navigate relationships more confidently. Our approach is based on PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills), an evidence-based, internationally recognized social skills program developed at UCLA.

We specialize in supporting youth and young adults, including neurodivergent individuals (such as those with autism, ADHD, and social anxiety), as well as anyone looking to improve their communication skills. Through structured coaching, real-world practice, and a judgment-free learning environment, we empower individuals to reduce social anxiety, develop friendships, and strengthen their interpersonal skills.

Additionally, we offer virtual training for corporations and institutions, helping organizations foster inclusive work environments, improve team communication, and support neurodivergent employees and students. Our corporate training programs provide practical tools and strategies to build stronger, more inclusive teams and workplace interactions.
